Great purchasing experience!! I recently purchased a used truck from Boucher. The team there was great. On Monday I brought our old truck in to get appraised for trade in and was all set for Wednesday to finish the deal. I ended up with an offer on my truck I couldn't refuse and had to change up the deal on Wednesday. They handled it great and was on my way that night with my new truck! More

The front license plate bracket was not on when we picked up the vehicle and the oil was not changed. Oil use is down to 44% when I drove it off the lot. When I brought the vehicle back to have the license plates bracket installed, it took them almost an hour to get it done. Other than those 2 things I would recommend Boucher Chevrolet. More

Excellent service I dropped my car off the night before for an oil change. The next morning the service department called and went over what I wrote on the drop off tha I dropped my car off the night before for an oil change. The next morning the service department called and went over what I wrote on the drop off that needed to be done. They provided an estimate of when my vehicle would be ready for pick up. They addressed all of my concerns in a professional and courteous manner. My vehicle was ready prior to the estimated time. It was very fast and easy with check out. I recommend the service department for any work you need done on your vehicle. Ron also assisted me with ordering my replacement key and texted me when it arrived. He programmed my key and even backed my vehicle out of the service area for me. More
