horrible service Car was in for oil change and squeaky spring? in the rear of the vehicle. I dropped it off the Wed night before and had a 730 am appt the next day. By 230-3 pm I did not receive a call about the vehicle, so I called. I was told that they were not getting it done because people were out on work comp and were sick. Understandable, but a call would have been nice. The next day (Fri), same thing...no call, so I called. They were not done, so I would need a rental, but one my size was not an available option. I made it work, but they were aware that it was not convenient with the size of my family etc. I took the rental vehicle and received a call a while later that they needed all of my information again (Drivers license, insurance, and credit card) as there was a mix-up. I later looked at the name on the rental agreement that I had and it was not mine. I had someone else's name, DOB, drivers license #, address, phone number and insurance info., but my CC info. So who has all of my information, and what are they doing with it. That is extremely unprofessional. At the end of the day on Monday, I still did not hear anything, so I called yet again. Now they were working on it, but I had a rental (that doesn't fit my family), so they said that the tech will get pulled off to do other things. Two more days pass and Wed evening my husband called and left a message. No response, so he called again. Now the tech was gone and so was the service manager and the person he talked to had no idea what was going on and was not about to help him. Thurs., I finally got a call that it was done but was not fixed because GM doesn't have a fix for the issue. I told him on the phone that I would like to make sure that they washed my car before pick-up. He told me that would not be a problem and ensured that it would be ready. I came and picked up my vehicle and the lot attendant pulled it up and grabbed a hand full of stuff from the floor of the drivers side (garbage) and in Boucher fashion it was NOT washed, like promised. I walked up to the vehicle and noticed a empty soda can thrown on the drivers floor (not mine). I said to the lot attendant, are you seriously going to leave this soda can in here? He just looked at me and walked away. No problem, I will pick up your garbage!! And how long are you in my car that you are drinking in it and using it as a garbage can. You are supposed to be fixing it, not eating lunch in it!! I then called the service tech, (I was not happy) and left a message that I wanted him to call me back...I never got a call back. Horrible Service!!!! More
