Oil Change, inspection, tire rotation, car wash. after my appointment, i was almost home and the "check engine" light came on, not sure what was happening. i checked over a few things and thought i'l after my appointment, i was almost home and the "check engine" light came on, not sure what was happening. i checked over a few things and thought i'll see what happens in the morning. the light was still on, made it to work and contacted service. everyone was willing to offer suggestions on what to look for and if needed, set up a new appointment. i looked over all the electrical connections, oil filter cap and slammed the hood. for whatever reason, the light went off. contacted service to let them know that everything was back to normal. I was in the market for a new/newer vehicle than my 2016 Chevy Malibu which I had for 3 years with three years left of financing. I originally got the Malibu (my second vehicle from Andrew) from Andrew Chevrolet....not going to say anything true about them cause they're not here to defend themselves. I just wish I had did more research and had the gained knowledge I have now. Anyhow, from start to finish Mr. Minerney was a down right honest auto salesperson the whole process. He was very smart & knowledgeable about putting me in the exact vehicle (2018 Chevy Equinox with a little under 40K miles) that I needed. And did I mention the car still has some remaining warranty on it which puts my mind at total ease. Here's the best part of my experience: I received double the amount for my trade (2016 Chevy Malibu) than what other dealerships had been offering me, I also got like $6K in savings, and Tommy in Finance Dept. (who was great as well & proficient) pointed out some more money that I saved/received off the price of the vehicle. To everyone (Pat, Tommy, Kyle, Service Dept) at Gordie Boucher anyone who laid hands on my paperwork or even serviced this vehicle...I just want to say THANKS SO MUCH MUCHO GRACIAS!!! More
