I returned to Boucher Chevy in Waukesha even though it is a bit of a long drive from Franklin, my home. The original purchase experience was excellent. I've found now the car service department to be equally very fine. Mercedes took charge of the service work from the get go. I was treated with fine courtesy and top flight communication. The information on the check out sheet was very informative and helpful in my understanding on how the car was "holding up". I will return to Boucher Chevy for routine service and more, if ever needed. I trust them, like the way I was treated, and very much am impressed with the dealership as a whole. It reminds me very much of another top flight General Motors dealer in metro Eau Claire that I use as a benchmark for super service and straight forward, honest operations: Marquart Motors. The only thing I would think as to any (very minor) demerit is that the there is no quiet room to wait in. The tv is just loud and I did not see a remote to turn down the volume.
