Tyler in service did an awesome job of finding the problem with my door. Naturally when I got there, it opened like it was supposed to, but he quickly found out that there was a problem and has ordere problem with my door. this review is about a couple of the boucher dealerships not just Waukesha. I have bought many cars and trucks from them over the years,but this last year the customer service and honesty has gone down hil not just Waukesha. I have bought many cars and trucks from them over the years,but this last year the customer service and honesty has gone down hill. I had to make way to many phone calls to get answers from the salespeople. I really don't like being misled either. I am no longer a customer. The only bright spot in the last year (reason for 2 stars) was Amy Speed she tried to help me every chance she could. Larry Gilmore More
I brought my car in for a recall issue and I was a bit surprised when I drove in to drop off my car that 1 of about 5-6 people were wearing a mask in the garage area, although most of them eventually put surprised when I drove in to drop off my car that 1 of about 5-6 people were wearing a mask in the garage area, although most of them eventually put them on by the time I got to the counter. When picking up my car I noticed that hardly anyone had a mask on in the show room and no one at the cashier was wearing one. I waited outside to get my car and the person that drove my car up wasn’t wearing one in my car and there was no formal wipe down when he left the car. I know many people have a lot of different opinions on wearing mask and Covid but please remember that you have no idea what the customers personal situation is. More

I was greeted promptly by my service advisor who quickly determined why I was there and created a worksheet for the technicians.
