Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I had an appointment scheduled a week prior to the scheduled day. Appointment was at 1:00, but dropped off the vehicle around 9am. Mercedes asked what time appointment scheduled a week prior to the scheduled day. Appointment was at 1:00, but dropped off the vehicle around 9am. Mercedes asked what time I would like the vehicle completed. I told her I would be back at 4 to pick it up, She said no problem. Showed up to the dealership at 4:10 and was told they hadn't started the oil change. No one took the time to call and inform me that they were running behind. Communication is key!!! More

None of the paperwork was completed and I spend ~2hours at the dealership. Now I went to another dealership to purchase my 2nd car in 2 weeks. More
