Overall experience of buying a Certified Used 2018 Equinox was very good. Eric Ruscheinsky was very pleasant and professional. Josh Loll in finance was so very thorough, but not agressively pushy. There is a missing cushion pad in the bottom of the right rear door pull and there was dirt and a footprint on the inside of the right rear passenger door which I cleaned the next day. Eric noticed the battery output was marginal and had a new one installed before I left. Overall a good experience and I would shop at Boucher in the future. More
