Performed oil change and tire rotation & vehicle was clean. Asked them to check on proper functioning of the auto defrost feature and I'm not sure if they did. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Matt answered all my questions and helped me despite some poor credit issues...We had everything set up prior to coming in so our time in the dealership wasn't long at my questions and helped me despite some poor credit issues...We had everything set up prior to coming in so our time in the dealership wasn't long at all! Which was also great. We were referred to Matt from Jasen because he was unavailable but he also helped make sure everything went smoothly by answering my questions prior to even starting the whole process! Very grateful for people who are willing to help and are not judgemental at all to someone with less credit/ money than others ! Will definitely be back for our next purchase!!!! More
