The deal we needed didn't work out the first evening (they stayed nearly an hour past closing) but we got a call the next day and the deal presented let us walk out with our Chevy Traverse. I guess that's the way it's played ;-? The paperwork was pretty much painless: no pressure to buy things we didn't want, just a presentation and explanation. There are a few loose ends but we are totally confident they will be taken care of. A great experience, only reinforcing what we already felt. More
