Communication, please! I came in for an oil change on 11/26/2019. The vehicle service appeared to be good and very timely. Yes, the waiting lounge was great. The reasons for the two-star rating: The advisors who waited on me cannot give me an answer to my questions so I am not getting questions answered in a timely manner. When I asked why the recall, they said it was a software update. For what? I called back after I got home and I was told, "someone will get back to you" and that was 11/26/2019. I have not received a call yet. I actually have another issue to discuss which I will address when I speak to someone. I came for my first oil change in March 2019 and the advisor never said their name. More

Unhappy with diagnosis of problems with automobile There has been a change to overdiagnosis of problems with car when a car is seen at the service department. This has happened more & more in recent 2-4 years. As a longtime Cadillac owner for 30 years I see this disturbing sign. The devices used are programmed to detect car problems are super sensitive & extensive replacement when repairs will do. Gary Hug is a good person but the system is rigged. Excellent customer service I was greeted immediately upon entering the service area and escorted to a coordinator. Everything was handled smoothly, I felt appreciated and welcom I was greeted immediately upon entering the service area and escorted to a coordinator. They even took the time to address a question I asked after service was completed (an issue with the chime settings. appreciate the time spent trouble-shooting). Will definitely come back again for service. More
Second poor experience with the service department i understand that no one is perfect and once in a while an occasional miss happens which happened two service appointments ago for me. I contacted Bo i understand that no one is perfect and once in a while an occasional miss happens which happened two service appointments ago for me. I contacted Boucher to let Gary know of the miss and he assured me it would be resolved the next time. Fast forward to the 'next time'. I brought my Escalade in for a few items - oil change, tire rotation, injector flush, warranty/recall, and an interior cleaning. It turned out I needed a new radiator which extended my expected one day of service over the weekend into the following Monday. This was OK. What was not OK was the fact that my tires were not rotated upon picking the vehicle up and the interior was not cleaned. How do I know the tires did not get rotated? My girlfriend managed to hit a curb with the left front tire and it took a gouge out of the sidewall and nicked the rim. When I received my vehicle the tire was in the exact same location and no one mentioned the tire gouge to offer a replacement (the tires were purchased at Boucher too and I purchased road hazard warranty). Needless to say I have lost faith and trust and will most likely never return. More
