2 - 5 stars and 1 - 2 star Dan and Tim in service were both excellent to work with in setting up the appointment and working with me to get the car fixed. When I went to pick it up On a Saturday morning, I had a warning light on saying the suspension needs service which is what was supposed to be fixed. Gary in service gave very short answers and came across as if I was an inconvenience. When I asked why he was being rude, he said he wasn't but trying was to do 3 things at once. I asked for his business card. He tried to give me Dan's but I said no I wanted his. Instead of handing it to me, he threw it on the counter in front of me. Ending up have to get the manager involved. More
