I was very disappointed with the service department not finding our why my car shifts from "drive" to "manual" when in the process of traveling to or from somewhere. I do not know how to drive "manual" an finding our why my car shifts from "drive" to "manual" when in the process of traveling to or from somewhere. I do not know how to drive "manual" and don't want to learn. That's why I have a car with "automatic" transmission. Even Cadillac corporate couldn't help. Shameful.
