What should have taken a little over an hour took about 4 hours. I was not kept in the loop regarding the delays or the nature of the delays. I brought my car in for a complete detail of the interior and exterior. I knew from the beginning that some of the scratches would remain, but the outside you could see streaks and buffing marks, and in and exterior.
