Would of been a five star as everything was perfect for the oil change and tire rotation but my two rear tires had 1 psi less than the fronts. In addition, all four tires should be at 36psi not 35psi and the oil change and tire rotation but my two rear tires had 1 psi less than the fronts. I dealt with Dan Colla and Tim Taylor. Both were very professional. I've had my CT5 for over one year and it is quite pampered. Just now has 3K miles. Boucher provides the service you expect as a Cadillac owner. My service writer Tim, was competent, efficient, caring and communicative. I am pleased with the service performed.
