Second poor experience with the service department i understand that no one is perfect and once in a while an occasional miss happens which happened two service appointments ago for me. I contacted Bo i understand that no one is perfect and once in a while an occasional miss happens which happened two service appointments ago for me. I contacted Boucher to let Gary know of the miss and he assured me it would be resolved the next time. Fast forward to the 'next time'. I brought my Escalade in for a few items - oil change, tire rotation, injector flush, warranty/recall, and an interior cleaning. It turned out I needed a new radiator which extended my expected one day of service over the weekend into the following Monday. This was OK. What was not OK was the fact that my tires were not rotated upon picking the vehicle up and the interior was not cleaned. How do I know the tires did not get rotated? My girlfriend managed to hit a curb with the left front tire and it took a gouge out of the sidewall and nicked the rim. When I received my vehicle the tire was in the exact same location and no one mentioned the tire gouge to offer a replacement (the tires were purchased at Boucher too and I purchased road hazard warranty). Needless to say I have lost faith and trust and will most likely never return. More

Purchased 2010 DTS with seat damage. Status unresolved Purchased 2010 Cadillac DTS in October 2019. Front seat had damage to drivers seat leather, drivers side molding, and passenger seat molding. Promised in writing that all issues with front seat will be addressed. My mistake was to take them at their word. Original Sales guy quit shortly after my purchase so he was of no help. I'm sure the only reason he worked there was to get his employee discount on his new jeep and according to him no one wants to purchase a Cadillac you only want to lease one because of how quickly they loose their value. I contacted Dan from the Service Department to see what the status was to the replacement of passenger side seat molding. According to Dan he was told by Keith the Used Car Manager that the seat molding replacement was not in my Sales agreement when in fact it was. He offered to glue the broken piece to remedy my situation. I'm sure his tool box consists of duct tape, glue, child proof scissors, and gloves to keep his hands clean. Seriously you are in charge of the Service Department and that is how you want to fix a Cadillac. You should be ashamed of yourself to discredit your profession with such an answer. When I originally called to inquire about this car I had several calls and text messages from the Sales guy. They are always your best friend at this point. Well anyways I went ahead and did the paperwork to purchase the car. That's where my mistake was. Never take pocession of a car or complete the paperwork unless you visually see everything has been resolved. I have made several inquiries about this and am ignored. There is no phone calls, no text messages, no email's no one there seems to care because my money is in their bank. My only recommendation is not to go to any Boucher dealership. Clearly there is no way to directly contact any Boucher owner so if you have any problems you have to voice your issues on public forum. Hope this is of help. More
