I was over 3 hours from their dealership and decided to go up there and called him and on the day I rented a car one way to drop off as he knew I was doing this and said he'd come pick me up, he called me AFTER I had rented the car and was on my way up and said "Mark don't come today! I will not be here!" So I turned the car around and went back to the rental company and explained the situation to them. Then he called back and said he was sorry and come on up again. I did and got there and the headlights were lose on the car, the tires were old Vogues that were tire rot and road real rough. Somebody had screwed a Cadillac molding piece onto the back lower left fender area and the wheels were flaking chrome off......much of this did not show up in the pictures either! I was so angry and drove back home. Now you'd think they would at least re imburse you about 50 bucks or so for gas? NOPE............These people are big in Wisconsin and all they seem to care about is the almighty dollar. IF anyone does not believe me I have the rental receipt on the car that was destined to just a few miles from their dealership last July of 2014! I can back everything up. Stay way from this place. Big corporate America is what we do NOT need. Worse dealer of all the 30 years I have been buying cars! More

I have purchased my fair share of vehicles and just the thought of going to a dealership made me anxious. Right away this experience was different. Joe Hacker was the first person to greet us. He was so nice and right away asked if it was okay if he got my kids (7 and 3) hot cocoa and a cookie. I pretty much knew what I was looking for in a car. Joe listened and gave me exactly that. He made the process very efficient and easy. I had looked at a lot of dealerships prior and he was by far the most knowledgeable of any about the Cadillac I was looking at. Joe was so patient with us and my kids, and never rushed us through the process nor did he drag it out. It was perfect all around! When it came time for financing we worked with Melissa Rupnow and she was equally as awesome to work with. She too was patient with us and my kids. She was able to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable with the entire process. There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with my experience at Boucher Cadillac. Their whole staff were just great! I am from Iowa and I drove to Wisconsin to look at cars, and Im GLAD I did! Boucher was my first stop and my last. Joe's knowledge, patience and experience made it so easy that I had no need to look elsewhere even though that had been my initial plan while in Wisconsin. I purchased a 2011 cts awd coupe premium trim level and couldn't be happier. It's a fun car to drive and should be great in the snow with snow tires when winter rolls around. As far as the shopping process, my salesman Joe Hacker was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The finance mgr Nate was a great person to deal with as well for the same reasons. I work in the car/motorcycle finance world as an analyst and work with many dealerships on a daily basis. I never felt pressured or any hint of a "hard sell". They also had a large inventory of new and used cars to choose from and price their cars aggressively for the best deal. Boucher Cadillac of Waukesha is worth the trip! More
