The reasons for the two-star rating: The advisors who waited on me cannot give me an answer to my questions so I am not getting questions answered in a timely manner. When I asked why the recall, they said it was a software update. For what? I called back after I got home and I was told, "someone will get back to you" and that was 11/26/2019. I have not received a call yet. I actually have another issue to discuss which I will address when I speak to someone. I came for my first oil change in March 2019 and the advisor never said their name. More
