I purchased a new 2017 CTS from a wonderful,trustworthy, professional salesman, Ryan Young, at Boucher Cadillac of Waukesha; however, my car had serious infotainment system issues which led to a buyback. Du professional salesman, Ryan Young, at Boucher Cadillac of Waukesha; however, my car had serious infotainment system issues which led to a buyback. During my numerous visits to service my car prior to the buyback, Dan Colla & Tim in the Service Dept. were sympathetic, very attentive & truly tried everything they could to solve my isuues. Ryan Young continued to keep in touch with me. However, GM was unable to repair my infotainment system & I went through a very long procedure but it did have a happy ending...I have a brand new 2019 CTS & I have Ryan Young & Jim Kemp to thank for all of their hand holding & for making it happen. The experiance was relaxed with very little presure I had a good experience with the entire process. Very professional and helpful. I found a person and dealership that I can trust After my highly trusted sales representative from another dealership retired, I was looking for a person / dealership I could feel comfortable with. M After my highly trusted sales representative from another dealership retired, I was looking for a person / dealership I could feel comfortable with. My last stop before giving on a new car purchase was Boucher Cadillac of Waukesha. I was greeted by Ryan Young who took an immediate interest in my personal story and vehicle needs. He explained the vehicles, so I completely understood each package /option. After a short amount of time I found myself feeling at ease and comfortable with Ryan. I thought I found the correct vehicle but returned again with my son to take another test ride.to make sure. I changed my mind and asked questions instead about the XT5. Without hesitation Ryan explained the differences and let me test drive it with my son. Ryan worked incredibly hard to insure he provided me with the vehicle I would really like and that fit my needs. He wasn’t looking to just sell a car. I believe I’ve found the person I can trust for all of my future transportation needs in Ryan Young. I also need to give a huge amount of credit to Sales Manager Jim Kemp for making the final deal come together. I’ve always hated the term “How can I earn your business today?” Ryan and Jim worked really hard and they truly earned my business. Not only today but also the future. More
