I have had the most awful experiences with this dealership. When signing all the lease paperwork back in 2018, the guy treated me like a 2nd class citizen and belittled me through the whole process dealership. When signing all the lease paperwork back in 2018, the guy treated me like a 2nd class citizen and belittled me through the whole process. I have recently been hounded by one of their employees to come in and discuss getting out of my lease 6 months early. With an extremely busy schedule, I made the arrangements to come in, setting an appointment with him. I show up at the scheduled date/time and there is no record of it and the guy I was working with wasn't even there. The sales people that talked to me treated me so horribly and were rude, laughing, and snickering about the situation. It is clearly a game they play with their customers. I will NEVER do business with Boucher again, nor will I bring my current car there for service anymore. They are the prime example of why the car business is completely shady and unethical. How can you treat current/future customers this way? It is beyond unprofessional. I will happily take my business elsewhere and I will be sharing this experience with Cadillac. More

The dealership's online service scheduling system worked great. We received an appointment for the next day for our oil change, system checks, and tire rotation. This is about the buying process. This was the worse car buying experience I have ever had. They blamed buying a used car that was a Chevrolet dealer, owned by the same auto group that they had no idea of buying experience I have ever had. They blamed buying a used car that was a Chevrolet dealer, owned by the same auto group that they had no idea of the recalls and problems with the car and engine problems using extensive oil. Interestingly enough they put that same engine in their Cadillac vehicles that they service. Would you buy a car from here????? Ryan Young was fantastic to work with. Very easy going, low pressure, extremely knowledgeable about the Cadillac family of vehicles and extremely patient with us as we were admittedly not the easiest custo low pressure, extremely knowledgeable about the Cadillac family of vehicles and extremely patient with us as we were admittedly not the easiest customers to deal with...
