Boucher provides the service you expect as a Cadillac owner. My service writer Tim, was competent, efficient, caring and communicative. I am pleased with the service performed. Martin, our sales person was very knowledgeable and made sure that the vehicle we picked out met our needs. However, when we picked up the vehicle, the windshield was very dirty and the dashboard had not b sure that the vehicle we picked out met our needs.
