I had an excellent internet purchase experience with Boucher. I’m in Maryland and they’re in Wisconsin. They were the first to respond to my online queries and their response time to questions and reque Boucher. I’m in Maryland and they’re in Wisconsin. Marty Gutierrez, their Internet Sales Consultant, surprised me when he immediately followed our first phone call with a quick, well produced, and personalized walk around tour of the vehicle that I was interested in. Keith Zylka, sales manager, was my main point of contact for all of the sale-related administrative functions and documentation. Documents were exchanged through email and through FedEx for hard-copy signed. Samy Khaled, finance, was very helpful in selecting an extended warranty For delivery, I had two options: they would have it shipped and delivered directly to my home or I could fly out, take delivery, and roadtrip it home. I chose the latter, and they included a free full tank of gas! More
