I am a business owner my self, so i know alot about customer service, And this place fails in that department ,unless you are buying a new car , they could care less. Its not fair to say that about customer service, And this place fails in that department ,unless you are buying a new car , they could care less. Its not fair to say that about everyone there because the sales man Chris i was working with is good guy , so are the service writers and other staff , upper management is there issue, They would not even try to help me with my issue, but lied about the whole deal, i even had Cadillac customer service involved, Which got no where with these people,Caught em in lie, With this being said, another dealership in town, who does not even know me, handled the issue with no problem Crest Cadillac is why more customer friendly , they are on the other side of town for me but i will be going there from now on and so will all my Friends who are Cadillac owners, I was working with Chris about buying a new car for my wife, Now i will be buying from Crest., It pays to be customer service orientated ,Which for most part the people are at Bouche except for a couple people there and you no you are, Sad , like i said if you did not buy a new car from them ,they are not very helpful, When you buy a Cadillac you are buying first class, And first class service should come with it, And at Crest i believe it does, At Bouche not so sure. More

Dan your Service Writer is 5 Stars. He’s goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The Mechanics that worked on my Cadillac were awesome. Our service advisor, Matt, was very helpful in getting us new tires for my vehicle. I had a flat tire and they got the tires right away. I did not wait for the tires to be put on.and the front end alignmen new tires for my vehicle. I had a flat tire and they got the tires right away. I am from Chippewa Falls and was visiting relatives in Milwaukee. The issue with my 2021 GMC Sierra truck brakes occurred 3 days before I was scheduled to return home. I contacted a GMC Dealer in the Milwaukee. The issue with my 2021 GMC Sierra truck brakes occurred 3 days before I was scheduled to return home. I contacted a GMC Dealer in the area I was staying. Even though this issue was warranty they told me I could not get an appointment for a week and a half. I then called Boucher and explained my problem. They said to bring my vehicle in the next day. They would find a way and, the time to look at my Truck. I was met and dealt with by the most courteous car dealership staff I have ever experienced!
