Got there right before my 7am appointment. Was shortly after 7 when they opened the door and they were still setting up for the day. Took about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation. When they were done they parked my truck right by the snow bank and it was difficult to get in. And once I got to work I saw scratches in my rear driver side door. Very disappointed. Last time this happened the service manager asked if I could prove it... just very disappointed. More

I purchased new all weather front seat mats through my GMC rewards program. Boucher Buick GMC installed them for me as soon as I picked them up at the service department. Warning light for all wheel drive and ABS went on plus car felt funny when I braked. I phone in and received an appointment in six days. Next day I went to Jason at the service desk and explained I do not car felt funny when I braked. I phone in and received an appointment in six days.
