I look forward to taking my vehicle in for basic maintenance like oil changes and other maintenance work like rotating tires. The lobby is nice and quiet. The snacks and beverages are terrific. Newspaper and television are a plus. It’s a break away from my iPhone. The time goes by quickly for me that it’s pleasant not dragged. If it is going to be longer than expected they offer to take you home and pick you up. I’ve done that too. The technicians that are assigned my car are knowledgeable and patient with me. I really appreciate it. All around you guys have a great group at Boucher. While I assume this issue was corrected, I have no way of knowing as the symptom was not explained to me so I could understand it. Also, when I came into the service department, not only did they not have m knowing as the symptom was not explained to me so I could understand it. Also, when I came into the service department, not only did they not have my reservation in their systems (for some reason) I was asked why I was there, and when I presented the warranty document I received telling me to bring my Yukon in for the fix, she did not want that from me. And all the questions she asked me, the answers were all on that document I brought along to present to the service writer, including vin number. They did take my vehicle in, I waited in the lounge while they performed the warranty work and were polite when it was finished and exited the service center. When I clicked on Rate the people I worked with, the woman's name was not on the list. More

Scheduled vehicle for service. Dealership had the car all day Friday. Never called to say if it was done. Called Saturday to get an update. Was told they couldn't find the vehicle.
