I was initially reluctant to take my GMC Acadia in for service work at the dealership. I had a very bad experience with a brake job gone wrong with my prior vehicle, a Ford Sportstrac, and the service dep service work at the dealership. Dealing with Gary Hug and Gary Rynders has changed my reluctance. They both have been very professional every time I have taken my vehicle in for service and they know exactly what they are doing. The service department overall is very consumer friendly, with none of the hassles that a customer deals with at an oil changing place. The service department is also very professional, clean, and organised. That's not something you see very often. Gary Rynders also went out of his way to get my 2yr old daughter a balloon to keep her occupied while we were waiting for my Acadia. That's something you just don't expect from the service department. I would highly recommend anyone who has purchased their vehicle at theis dealership to take it back there for service. They will not be disappointed and Gary Hug and Gary Rynders will make sure they keep coming back for the high quality of service! More

Purchased a used vehicle from Boucher with the usual "as is" warranty. However, after purchase I suspected a front end problem and took it back in, hoping for the best, but expecting the worse (as in y "as is" warranty. This dealership provided a "goodwill" repair not once, but twice for the suspension problem. Absolutely professional in every way. I drove away a completely satisfied customer. Would recommend to anyone for purchase or service. Thanks Jon (service advisor) and Kevin (general manager). I don't buy often, but when I do, I'll go to the Boucher group first. More
I contacted Boucher Cadillac and spoke with their Service Director about a warning light issue I was having with my 2007 Cadillac STS. Gary wrote up the service order and provided transportation for me to return home. The next day Gary contacted me to let me know that the proble was caused by a defect in the drain from the moonroof. He explained, in detail, that the problem was not of my cause and requested Cadillac to cover the expense of the repair. Gary was honest and very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have already referred some people to the dealership for service and intend on maintaining my own relationship with Boucher. Simply put - The Waukesha Boucher Cadillac Buick GMC Dealership. They did not manufacture the car, but they performed at the highest level of service I have experienced in over 40 years of car-buying. Gary, Gary, and John in the Service Group are true professionals. They are knowledgeable, personable, they care...and they did everything and more within their power to keep me informed. They worked diligently to minimize my many GM-inflicted inconveniences; and they truly are the only reason I stayed with another GM product. ...And I believed them when they told me their many positive experiences with the new Acadia. On a related note, Sandy - the sales rep, and Andrea - the finance/closing paperwork person, were both extremely helpful and professional in making this purchase seamless.
