Oil change and rotation Service writer was a little arrogant. I asked to check tire pressures to 50lbs due to being oversized aftermarket size. He stated they wcould only fill to manufactor recommendations. I said just leave them alone then. He was just kind of a jerk acting like he knew more than me. On my way home I notice the tech took air out of my tires to 35. I am not happy about that. Next time I will stress not to touch the air pressure. Bf goodrich recommends 50lbs in my tires. Other than this experiance. I have always been extremely satisfied with Bouchers service. More

Jon Adams was very professional, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process. Not once was I wondering the status or the progress of my vehicle. The tech took the time to diagnose communicative throughout the entire process. Not once was I wondering the status or the progress of my vehicle. The tech took the time to diagnose the problem and did a great job fixing it. Jon went the extra mile to walk me back and show me what the tech had done and that my vehicle was being well cared for. Gary Rynders and the tech both went to bat for me with GM in getting the engine replaced as opposed to a band-aid repair. I’ve worked at a dealership in a past life and know firsthand how it can be sometimes difficult to deal with the manufacturer. Fighting for the new engine has saved the both of us future problems, and I’m glad Gary's view of customer service is as such. Too often you only hear about the things that went wrong. You’ve earned a long-term customer based on this experience. More
