Likely will not return unless Warranty/Recall I will likely return if I need a warranty or recall work as it is closest GMC dealer around. They had fancy desks and check-in area but seemed to lack attention to customer service. Suggestions? Greet customers upon arrival, acknowledge them, look them in the eye, smile, etc. I left feeling like I somehow ruined their day. Not the feeling you want as a customer for such an important, and often expensive, service. Please also note, I was very impressed with the sales/showroom staff. I stopped in late for a service pick-up and interacted with numerous persons in the showroom. They happily helped me find the cashier, helped the cashier find missing keys, paperwork, etc. One volunteered to porter the car to the door. I was even offered refreshment as team worked to get things sorted out. I would be eager to BUY another GMC from these guys. Not sure I would want to work with service team again. Ratings based on Service Team experience. More
First service visit for my 2019 Enclave. Showed up on time and vehicle was ready to go within an hour. Waiting area is convenient and roomy. All in all a very good experience. Dissapointed with the Service writer. Told it would be 2 hours for service work. at 2hours and 15 minutes I asked him how much longer, he said he would check and after another 20 minutes a Told it would be 2 hours for service work. at 2hours and 15 minutes I asked him how much longer, he said he would check and after another 20 minutes at which time he still had not checked for me , I told him I needed my vehicle, I could not wait , I needed to get things done that I had to do , I then got my vehicle back a few minutes later. Not happy with his follow up and a little bit of attitude. More

Service needs to do better What started off to be a normal service visit quickly turned out to be a bad one. Due to a miscommunication from a service advisor and I and having to What started off to be a normal service visit quickly turned out to be a bad one. Due to a miscommunication from a service advisor and I and having to deal with Alex the Service Manager was not a pleasant experience at all. No matter how little or big the job all customers should be treated highly. Not only did I feel belittled but I will not be returning. It’s sad because when I had to go back to correct some issues that were left on my vehicle, Chris was phenomenal and really went above and beyond but I wish that treatment was given all along from the others. It was too late. That location being so convenient it is unfortunate that I refuse to go back and risk another mishap. More
