Scheduling didn't match service When I scheduled my appointment over the telephone the gentleman told me that my car had some recalls. Said those would need to be fixed as well and When I scheduled my appointment over the telephone the gentleman told me that my car had some recalls. Said those would need to be fixed as well and that it would take approx 4 hrs for total appointment. I planned for this, had my husband follow me 30 min to our appt. Get there and they said that no techs work on Saturday so all they could do was the oil change. said i needed to come back a 2nd time for the recalls. also when i arrived the service center was full of employees, 1 guy was working both the phones and walk in traffic. he was swamped. no one helped. also when i went to pick up my car there was no one in the service center. no sign or anything. finally i went wandering around and inquired at the payment center which is where my keys were. a sign would have been helpful. Car not inspected Took the car In for an oil change, and Everytime it's supposed to come with a complimentary inspection. After the last oil change I found the rear springs were both broken, and based on the rust I found they had been broken prior to that oil change. This time, the spec sheet showed that the front tires gained a 32nd of tread despite not being replaced and the front brake pads gained 1mm of pad material. The week prior to the old change I did the rear brakes, but the rear brakes showed the same amount of pad life as the spec sheet from February as well. I bring the car to the dealership for the sheer fact that the car is supposed to be inspected and I use that Info to determine what work needs to be completed. If the service tech doing the work doesn't care enough to do a thorough job, how could I possibly Co Sider bringing the car in for the oil pan reseal that needs to be done. I certainly hope my next experience is better than the last or I will need to find another location to do preventative maintenance. More

Likely will not return unless Warranty/Recall I will likely return if I need a warranty or recall work as it is closest GMC dealer around. They had fancy desks and check-in area but seemed to lack attention to customer service. Suggestions? Greet customers upon arrival, acknowledge them, look them in the eye, smile, etc. I left feeling like I somehow ruined their day. Not the feeling you want as a customer for such an important, and often expensive, service. Please also note, I was very impressed with the sales/showroom staff. I stopped in late for a service pick-up and interacted with numerous persons in the showroom. They happily helped me find the cashier, helped the cashier find missing keys, paperwork, etc. One volunteered to porter the car to the door. I was even offered refreshment as team worked to get things sorted out. I would be eager to BUY another GMC from these guys. Not sure I would want to work with service team again. Ratings based on Service Team experience. More
First service visit for my 2019 Enclave. Showed up on time and vehicle was ready to go within an hour. Waiting area is convenient and roomy. All in all a very good experience.
