Had our Encore in for it's first oil change/tire rotation. Reggie Tobias greeted me within 30 seconds or so and wrote up the service order. I called and confirmed the repairs with the service department 3 days prior to my appointment, but somehow one of the parts to fix my car was lost and I will need to come back.
