Car's engine light on and car was stalling. $4000 repair and then brought it back second time because problem not fixed. NOT HAPPY! Overall all issues were eventually resolved but it is clear there is a lack of communication & information flow at the dealer service center. The customer service for my repair was excellent. I had a 7:00 AM drop off time for a repair that was estimated to take 3 hours. I was provide with a courtesy ride to my former place of employment (I'm retired) in order to kill the time rather than wa estimated to take 3 hours. This courtesy ride is a very nice service to offer incidentally. When I called at 1:00 to check the status of the repair, Reggie checked and reported (honestly)back to me that the work had not yet begun because the technician was not aware that the vehicle was available for him to start his work. The work was then completed within 2 hours, so he made sure that the problem did not linger. Reggie handled everything very honestly and professionally and I have no complaint at all with any individual that I dealt with. However, I'd suggest that your procedures should be reviewed to ensure that coordination or communication is improved within the service department. More

Disappointed in how things were handled. Came in for brakes and oil change. They provided a loaner car, but it didn’t have any gas in it. Took my car in at 7 am and didn’t get back till 3:30 the next d brakes and oil change. They provided a loaner car, but it didn’t have any gas in it. Took my car in at 7 am and didn’t get back till 3:30 the next day. They allegedly found the left front control arm bushing was loose. I took the vehicle several days later to someone else and was advised there was nothing wrong with the any of the control arms. All were normal. Boucher told me that my power steering pressure hose needed to be replaced because it was leaking. I had repaired to the toon of $800. I have no way of checking to see if that was true or not. I feel Boucher was drumming up charges. When I left Boucher I should have had a bill around $500, but ended up with a bill for $1700. I had an assistant service manager contact me to try to smooth things over, but all he did was double talk. I can guarantee I will not return to Boucher for any type of service. I don’t feel I can trust them. More
