The last 2 times I checked in for an oil change, they seemed surprised to see me even though checking in with the guy I scheduled with. I bought my brand new Terrain in June of 2022. I got a screw in my tire, which wasn't covered under warranty. It was very disappointing that I had to pay to get it fixed.
