Terrible experience. Went in knowing exactly what vehicle that we were going to buy. Salesman, Gregory Prince, didn’t have answers but was able to get them. Once we ordered the Yukon XL, Gregory would not follow up for updates when he said he would (for example would give an update on the first Thursday of month and not hear for him until a week later). Picking up the new vehicle was awful and all of the excitement/joy was robbed with our experience. Ended up having to buy from a personal account instead of business (to not delay getting the car) because Gregory would not respond to an email getting the VIN number. Came at the we agreed to come and wait 45 minutes before even started the process of getting the car. Trade in value of our truck was insulting (very low) and didn’t even try to negotiate. Was told to download the On Star app (while waiting the 45 mins) and spent less than 10 mins showing features of car and helping setting up settings. Then acted like it was an inconvenience when we asked for the interest rates for the monthly payments. Told wife that “husband can just show the features of the car.” The bright spot was Kendal in business department that answered our questions, explained paperwork, and was the only person we encountered on the day we picked up the car that she appreciated our business. We ordered a very expensive car and was treated very poorly. The customer service was the worst we have experienced and honestly had wished we had taken our business elsewhere. More
