I made an appointment t for oil change and to get my steering wheel straight. I asked for a ride to work. The driver was not there and I had to Uber. I did not get a call when the car was done. The shuttle driver had left so I had to Uber again. The wheel was not fixed. I asked why. We did a check and it wasn’t out of alignment. I told him that I knew that and I asked for the wheel to be straightened. Everyone who drives with me sees it is crooked. I asked to have the front and back sensors ordered as I got a letter they were now availabele. My salesperson had never told me they were on back order. Then I got a letter almost a year later. The guy told me that they were probably ordered by my sales person and they would let me know when they were in. I told them they were not ordered. He said oh I will check. He checked and they were not ordered. He said he ordered them. I think they have terrible service. More
I had a 10:00 appointment and when I got there they said the tires wouldn’t be in till 10:30. They offered to shuttle me home but I had no problem waiting a couple of hours. For some reason they took my Yuk the tires wouldn’t be in till 10:30. They offered to shuttle me home but I had no problem waiting a couple of hours. For some reason they took my Yukon to their Cadillac dealership to have the tires installed about 2:00 he came in and told me they were having problem having the tires seal. No way can it take 4 1/2 hours to install 4 tires. My guess is the tires didn’t arrive at 10:30. More
