Likely will not return unless Warranty/Recall I will likely return if I need a warranty or recall work as it is closest GMC dealer around. Otherwise, I will be going to other GM dealer (down the street). Really unimpressed with customer service persons. They had fancy desks and check-in area but seemed to lack attention to customer service. Suggestions? Greet customers upon arrival, acknowledge them, look them in the eye, smile, etc. I left feeling like I somehow ruined their day. Not the feeling you want as a customer for such an important, and often expensive, service. Please also note, I was very impressed with the sales/showroom staff. I stopped in late for a service pick-up and interacted with numerous persons in the showroom. They happily helped me find the cashier, helped the cashier find missing keys, paperwork, etc. One volunteered to porter the car to the door. I was even offered refreshment as team worked to get things sorted out. I would be eager to BUY another GMC from these guys. Not sure I would want to work with service team again. Ratings based on Service Team experience. More

It all started with our Horrible communication within staff members, both times we had appointments we were told we weren’t in their appointment book. It all started with our truck purchase was told by our salesperson he was going to order weather mats because there was none that came with the truck nor did it come with a front license plate. Was told 2 weeks later that the front license plate came in so we scheduled an appointment to install it- day of our appointment arrived was told that I wasn’t in the agenda and that my mats were never placed to order. They squeezed me in the schedule to install the front license plate (completely crooked!) had to schedule another order to come back to get my mats and get my front license plate fixed. Again, was told I was not in the schedule. After I had talked to a guy on the phone confirming my appointment. Had to wait 3 hours to get my service done. So xxxxty, I will never buy a vehicle from here again. Not to mention- I was going to get $100 refunded from the day of my truck purchase it is now 2 months later and I havent recieved my refund. More
First service visit for my 2019 Enclave. Showed up on time and vehicle was ready to go within an hour. Waiting area is convenient and roomy. All in all a very good experience. Dissapointed with the Service writer. Told it would be 2 hours for service work. at 2hours and 15 minutes I asked him how much longer, he said he would check and after another 20 minutes a Told it would be 2 hours for service work. at 2hours and 15 minutes I asked him how much longer, he said he would check and after another 20 minutes at which time he still had not checked for me , I told him I needed my vehicle, I could not wait , I needed to get things done that I had to do , I then got my vehicle back a few minutes later. Not happy with his follow up and a little bit of attitude. More
