My spouse brought our 2015 Buick Enclave in for service for the brakes on August 27th. The service folks identified additional problems as the left front bearing, power steering fluid leak and an issue wi for the brakes on August 27th. The service folks identified additional problems as the left front bearing, power steering fluid leak and an issue with the drive shaft assembly which they said was a cracked front axle. The repair cost was $2784.00. We continued to hear the sound we originally brought it in for, and took the car back in on Tuesday, September 22,and were told the problem was the right front bearing. We were charged another $400.00. In reviewing this work we believe we received unecessary work at least on the bearings. The service folks admitted thay did not drive the car after the first repair and I think they fixed the wrong bearing. Makes me wonder if they took advantage of my spouse and wonder if there really was a cracked axle as we were told. With the cost, we should have gotten a second opinion. As a result, I think we paid at least an extra $400 for your mistake. To top everything else off, the car was not washed on either occasion until my wife requested a wash after the second repair. The result - we don't want anyone fired but you have lost a customer both for future repairs and any future Buick we might purchase. Joe More
