I received an email for a promotional price for an oil change and then when I got there they quoted the service at full price. When my car was done it sat in the parking lot for about 10 minutes before th change and then when I got there they quoted the service at full price. When my car was done it sat in the parking lot for about 10 minutes before they came to tell me it was done. I didn’t receive any paperwork on my multi point inspection and had to reach out to the dealership to have it sent to me. Also my car wasn’t washed and the only reason that was given as to why it wasn’t done is that it might rain that day. It is spring, it might rain everyday. More
