I was extremely pleased with the level of Customer Service I received at Boucher Buick GMC in Waukesha, WI. Mr. Gregory Prince, Sales Representative, was knowledgeable, continually pleasant, and went Service I received at Boucher Buick GMC in Waukesha, WI. Mr. Gregory Prince, Sales Representative, was knowledgeable, continually pleasant, and went above and beyond to locate the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He and his Team (GM, Scott Teigland), made the deal with regard to my trade, rather seamless. They were willing to work with me on price, and were respectful of me and my monetary limitations. Gregory contacted me every 2 days via phone or email with vehicle locator updates, even contacting me on his day off. I purchased a Buick Encore GX, and I am extremely pleased.
