The courtesy of the sales people and the knowledge about the vehicle we purchased was exceptional. We definitely would purchase a vehicle from here again. They even picked up the vehicle at my wife’s work t the vehicle we purchased was exceptional. We definitely would purchase a vehicle from here again. Derek was salesperson and he was helpful without being pushy. Derek was knowledgable about the vehicle and the current promotions. Pretty simple, brought my Denali Acadia in for service on Tuesday, June 14th. and was told a 2-day job. Was not completed until Monday, June 20th. By the way, was told I would get a call Tuesday am as to wh Tuesday, June 14th. and was told a 2-day job. Was not completed until Monday, June 20th. By the way, was told I would get a call Tuesday am as to when my vehicle will be ready. No call. Did get 1 call late Wednesday afternoon and told it should be another day in that the service technician did not work on my vehicle full time and worked on 2 bays because they were busy.I said are you kidding and was told that’s the way it is. I said I wanted to speak with the Service Manager and did. He gave me a loaner Acadia and detail. That was nice but does not take care of my distaste for Boucher GMC. This is the second overwhelming service fail I have had from Boucher GMC. The dishonesty and lack of communication is disheartening and so unprofessional. I have lost my loyalty to Boucher GMC and will certainly share my feelings with family and friends. As a retired Health Care Executive, I am very aware that service is the hallmark of success, and Boucher GMC needs a lot more service recovery training. More

I had an okay time at Boucher Buick GMC - only issue I had was when they did the regen on my truck they did not fill it back up to the fuel point. I would have gladly paid for it in the invoice if they to had was when they did the regen on my truck they did not fill it back up to the fuel point.
