Horrible experience! My new 2025 truck was outside upon pickup, which I believe was to conceal its condition. Several scratches were discovered when inspected in my gar My new 2025 truck was outside upon pickup, which I believe was to conceal its condition. Several scratches were discovered when inspected in my garage. I had the vehicle looked at by three body shops and all were surprised that a dealer would deliver a new vehicle in that condition. After some back and forth, Boucher had the vehicle repaired but never acknowledged the depth of the issue. An apology would have went a long way. I was also never offered undercoating or paint protection for purchase. More
