The people and service are fantastic. I received multiple updates as the dealership waited for my car to be delivered from GM. We keep having the same issue with no resolution. We've brought the vehicle in several times for the front and rear brakes that screech so loud. My husband tried explaining the issue and another issue that we had with the oil message and he felt that he was spoke to in a very condescending way from the gal that was dealing with us. After sitting there for two hours, they believe they now have a resolution, although there only going to fix the back brakes because we apparently need to bring in the vehicle again and again for the front brakes before they fix them . . it's just ridiculous!!!! We informed the service department multiple times regarding all brakes not just the back brakes. We told them that we spoke to Reggie about this multiple times and she indicated that Reggie didn't work there anymore since basically "your out of luck". Were sick of having to bring our vehicle in again and again. This is our first Buick and probably our last. Too many issues and the problem is not fixed. Wever purchased/leased from Gordie Bouchers for over twenty-five years and this has really upset us and were not sure if you'll purchase again. On a side note, when I have my oil changed, I typically schedule my appt. at 7:00. Unforunately, sometimes I've had to sit in my car waiting for them to open the garage door well after 7:00 and then we go up to the desk and wait another 10-15 minutes before they print off the documentation and get things ready.
