I have been loyal to Boucher in spite of some significant service lapses in the past. An oil change & high intensity light bulb should not take 2+ hours. My Acadia Denali was just detailed the day before and service lapses in the past. An oil change & high intensity light bulb should not take 2+ hours. My Acadia Denali was just detailed the day before and on my way home noticed off-white streaks all over my drivers side window. When I got home, the same off-white streaks were in the side door also. Not a big deal but somewhat aggravating and concerned that I had to clean it when I got home. I am very fussy with my vehicles. Actually thinking about switching to Mike Juneau’s Brookfield GMC which is closer to my home anyway. Merry Christmas to you all. More
