Will never use their service department again. I regularly check my tire pressure #'s in the winter. I checked the morning of my oil change and tire rotation on 12/16, all numbers were working fin I regularly check my tire pressure #'s in the winter. After work was done, advisor indicates there's a problem with one of the TPMS sensors and it's $160 to replace. I later talk to service manager and his excuse is, well it could have been starting to fail when you brought it in. It was still working when I brought it in. More

I set an appointment for installation of a new set of tires. I arrived and the work was set in motion. After a reasonable amount of time I was told my vehicle was just being finished.
