On 4/22/24, I called Boucher Buick GMC of Waukesha at 08:50am, sellers were in a TEAM meeting. Due to Nick being so knowledgeable, informative, personable with an outstanding personality, I drove my dream truck home that night without a flinch. Nick even assisted me in setting up my GMC app on my android phone, which was appreciated. I have no doubt I will be back looking for Nick and another awesome experience at this dealership. More

Terrible communication, and replaced the motor under warranty with a “rebuilt” motor. They also didn’t make an attempt to clean any parts under the hood as they removed and replaced them. The lobby is nice and quiet. The snacks and beverages are terrific. Newspaper and television are a plus. It’s a break away from my iPhone. The time goes by quickly for me that it’s pleasant not dragged. If it is going to be longer than expected they offer to take you home and pick you up. I’ve done that too. The technicians that are assigned my car are knowledgeable and patient with me. I really appreciate it. All around you guys have a great group at Boucher.
