Drove 120 miles to see a vehicle only to find out it was sold. I both emailed and called before I left letting them now I was coming! Poor salesmanship! Poor communication! I was very happy with the manner I was treated by Jonathan. He answered all my questions without making me feel silly. He was la;yed back and I did not feel pressured in any way. He was able to locate a vehicle I wanted out of state in a very prompt fashion. I really didn't know what I wanted when I first went to the dealership. I had test driven many other crossovers and dealt with several other salesmen. Jonathan was the only one that didn't make me feel like it was a waste of his time to wait on a woman!!! My only complaint is that the closing didn't start until 1 o'clock even thought it was scheduled at noon. (Finance person apparently not ready). More
The dealer has the worst after sale service for used cars. I bought an Acura recently. The moment i steped out, I noticed the handsfree system in my car not working. That would cost me $400 to fix. Since it was a recent purchase, I thought dealer will help me out as the buyer's guide mentioned that all electronics are working. But the used car manager just said that its not our problem as no waranty was purchased and hung up on me. I have had 5 cars till now and this has been my worst experience ever in terms of custmer service. More
I worked with Tony Ranieri on a purchase of a new Buick Enclave. Everything went well, he was very knowledgeable of all of the vehicles and was very helpful in getting me the payments I wanted. Jon Adams was very professional, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process. Not once was I wondering the status or the progress of my vehicle. The tech took the time to diagnose the problem and did a great job fixing it. Jon went the extra mile to walk me back and show me what the tech had done and that my vehicle was being well cared for. Gary Rynders and the tech both went to bat for me with GM in getting the engine replaced as opposed to a band-aid repair. I’ve worked at a dealership in a past life and know firsthand how it can be sometimes difficult to deal with the manufacturer. Fighting for the new engine has saved the both of us future problems, and I’m glad Gary's view of customer service is as such. Too often you only hear about the things that went wrong. You’ve earned a long-term customer based on this experience. More
I was on vacation from out of town with my wife and 4 small children, we were driving to the Milwaukee zoo when my Saturn Outlook overheat and began to loose power. Luckily we made it of the interstate to this dealer. When I arrived Mr. Hug was great, he helped us get a rental car, made my family comfortable in the customer lounge and put us all at ease. He squeezed our vehicle in to get fixed that day and saved out vacation. Mr. Hug really went above and beyond to help my family, I would like to thank everyone at Boucher Cadillac Buick GMC of Waukesha, and especially Mr. Hug for everything they did that day. I was initially reluctant to take my GMC Acadia in for service work at the dealership. I had a very bad experience with a brake job gone wrong with my prior vehicle, a Ford Sportstrac, and the service dep service work at the dealership. Dealing with Gary Hug and Gary Rynders has changed my reluctance. They both have been very professional every time I have taken my vehicle in for service and they know exactly what they are doing. The service department overall is very consumer friendly, with none of the hassles that a customer deals with at an oil changing place. The service department is also very professional, clean, and organised. That's not something you see very often. Gary Rynders also went out of his way to get my 2yr old daughter a balloon to keep her occupied while we were waiting for my Acadia. That's something you just don't expect from the service department. I would highly recommend anyone who has purchased their vehicle at theis dealership to take it back there for service. They will not be disappointed and Gary Hug and Gary Rynders will make sure they keep coming back for the high quality of service! More
Tony had 3 vehicles waitng for us when we pulled in. It had to be over 100 degrees outside, but Tony had the cars running and the air on, so discomfort was minimal. Before leaving home, I wrote down a number on a sheet of paper that I thought would be a fair price, including trade and tax. Tony's offer sheet met my number and even included title transfer and dealer doc fees. Andrea processed our paperwork expeditiously with a friendly attitude. We left some personal items in the car and Tony followed up with a phone call to let us know he sent the items to us and thanked us again for our purchase. I would recommend Tony Ranieri and Boucher Cadillac Buick to anyone shopping for a good deal and customer friendly experience. More
