Great experience! After much research and visiting quite a few dealers, I happened to come across Boston Foreign Motor through Autotrader. They had a car listed that I After much research and visiting quite a few dealers, I happened to come across Boston Foreign Motor through Autotrader. They had a car listed that I've been looking for that was priced a few thousand dollars below market value and much below where other dealers had the same vehicle priced. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical when I reached out to them, but the experience was very pleasant. Bobby responded right away to my inquiry. He was very flexible with scheduling an appointment with me to test drive the vehicle. Upon arriving, Bobby had the car pulled up and ready to test drive as well as the Carfax paperwork printed out for me. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and never pressured me to buy the car. Once I made my decision to purchase, the paperwork was easy and relatively quick. Bobby followed up promptly post sale with everything he told me he'd follow up on within the time frame that he communicated. All around 5-stars! More

Stay away. I recently bought a BMW 528i xdrive from these guys. Before buying the vehicle I asked Wesley if it was in perfect condition. We took it out for a tes I recently bought a BMW 528i xdrive from these guys. Before buying the vehicle I asked Wesley if it was in perfect condition. We took it out for a test drive and everything seemed to ran smooth. Long story short we closed on the deal and there I had my BMW. It's not until I drove off their lot when the service light came on and the message read service due since 12/16. I decided to take advantage of the warranty that came with the car and made an appointment to bring it in to BMW herb chambers Allston. My vehicle was serviced and the light was turned off however, it was found out that one of the tires was worn out. I called Wesley and shared the news. I later decided to stop by Boston Foreign Motor to try and resolve the issue because I had only had the car for a week. I was given a hard time by Bobby and he tried to suggest that the tire didn't need immediate attention. After a long confrontation they decided to replace the tire but would have to order it. Fast forward it's now three weeks later and a tire that was supposed to take 5-7 business days if ordered hasn't been delivered to Boston Foreign Motor. At this point I'm having a back and forth with Wesley so I decide to call and ask to speak to a manager. During my conversation with Wesley's manager I find out the tire was never ordered and he has been lying to me for 3 weeks. His manager apologizes and offers to give me credit for the tire. I was given $ 170 for a BMW tire that costs about $300. Please be aware of who you are dealing with Boston Foreign Motor are pigs motivated by greed and deceit. You either take a chance with them and get burned or stay away. As for Wesley he is likely the most an professional fellow I have ran into. I have lost all respect for him and would never refer any of my friends or family members to such an individual motivated by greed and deceit. More
