Ali was direct, honest and very responsive--even on his day off. Because of the trust factor, I did not even arrange to have the car inspected by a third party. Ali set-up Face time so that I could view the car from every angle. The price was fair, but even more important, the car was in excellent condition. Ali handled all the paperwork, had the car registered in CT and arranged to have the car delivered to my home. My wife was thrilled when she saw her "new car" driven to the front door. It only took few days to finalize and deliver vehicle which is backed up with a decent service. One little thing I should mention - the car is detailed prior to delivery i.e; cleaned inside out. Outside detailing could not be noticed as it was raining the day I took delivery. However, inside detailing or cleaning was definitely not done as the dashboard, all the trims, knobs, gear, I mean everything you can place your hands on was not cleaned. I cleaned it all later and the wipes were all black with the dirt which said it all. Anyhow, this does not overshadow the service this dealer provides and also their prompt communication. If you are serious about buying something from them they will be equally serious to make sure they give you a good deal! More
