Dear Friendlyflier Thanks for sharing your experience and I'm sorry about the way you feel about your experience with our dealership. let me share our side and provide a resolution as we already have shared with you via phone. Each car goes through a complete check up and in fact yours was under full BMW maintenance warranty and was checked by the BMW dealer, however since scheduled maintenance gets done on the time its due yours was not due while we had ownership. Once you contacted us and said the car needs brakes we immediately scheduled an appointment for you and offered a loner car. The car was dropped off a week late and the work was done at the BMW dealership at no cost to you. During this time you had a flat tire and decided to replace the tire on your own without contacting us first. Our dealership does not warranty flat tires ( unless you have bought the tire and wheel package) therefore we don't reimburse anyone for flat tires. However in your case we decided to make an exception and offered to pay you for the cost of tire at a wholesale price. As far as Carfax goes we share the Carfax with customers on every car which is now a very normal standard practice in the industry. In your case Carfax stated your car had a "minor" cosmetic damage to the bumper. During this transaction we have been more than fair with you as we had to release your new car to you and wait a few days for payments and as well and not receiving the Title to your trade even as of today. I did not cause a flat tire while I had the car for a week while trying to get it into a dealership as they were completely booked up. Even Wesley said it's almost impossible to get in. It took me an entire week to get the appointment and I had to delay my trip for a day. My sensor lights indicated I should pull the car off the road and have tire inspected while we test drove the car! Wesley said it needs to be reset at the dealership and it's just a sensor issue. The car was thoroughly inspected. This is beyond infuriating because you are now just creating a false story about the tire to save $200. Totally outrageous. I will write more reviews. I'm appalled by your horrible customer service then claiming I had a flat tire on my own time. Wow. This is a new low.
