Simple because there are dedicated buttons for the major functions and complex because it is menu driven and has options for more than I thought possible. Bobby knew the iDrive system but more importantly was willing to take the time to show me the basics, and some of the not so basic functions. With only one days notice, Bobby had all the paperwork ready for me. Top shelf service! More
