Ali was incredible! I’m not usually one to leave reviews, good or bad. But my experience with Ali was so incredible that I felt the need to share my story. I usually like my cars new. And I usually hate the entire process because I hate dealing with car salesmen. That’s the honest truth. But a friend of mine told me to at least entertain the idea of of a used car because I wouldn’t be taking the initial depreciation hit. I took his advice and started looking. I visited a few different lots, and I was soon convinced that I had made a mistake. Luckily, I visited Boston Foreign Motor before I ended my used car search!!! Ali changed it all!! He greeted me with a warm smile, and was very patient with me. I took interest in a BMW he had for sale, and he spent so much more time that I would have expected, going over all the features. He was honest, genuine, and clearly had my best interest in mind. He was so well-spoken and knowledgeable that I thought I was at an actual BMW dealership, speaking with a professional BMW salesman. No question of mine went unanswered. I fell in love with the car, but I also felt at ease with my decision to buy the vehicle because of Ali and how he treated me. I knew that was the car, and Ali was the man to make it happen! To my surprise, he was also the one to process all my loan docs, finance documents, and everything else!! How great is he?!! There are no words! Thank you Ali - for your professionalism, honesty, integrity, and amazing customer service! I’ll be back for more cars.. and I will ONLY deal with Ali! If you’re looking for a car, I suggest you do the same! Ali is the best!!! More
