I bought a 2016 Audi S7 from Boston Foreign Motor in May of this year sight unseen and had it shipped to Maryland. When it arrived the front bumper cover was cracked. Boston Foreign Motor assured me in writ of this year sight unseen and had it shipped to Maryland. When it arrived the front bumper cover was cracked. Boston Foreign Motor assured me in writing that they would fix the problem and then spent literally months trying to argue with the estimates I received from multiple body shops including the one they recommended to me. Eventually they agreed to pay for an aftermarket bumper cover that cost a fraction of what an OEM cover would cost, despite being warned by two different body shops (including their reccomendation) that it would likely not fit. They wrote me a check for the labor and the price of the aftermarket bumper. The aftermarket bumper, as predicted, did not fit, and I had to pay for an OEM bumper out of pocket. The body shop that performed the work notified Boston Foreign Motor of the issue and increased cost, but Boston Foreign Motor did not respond. I have made multiple attempts to contact the manager Milad to try and recover the additional $900+ that the work cost me out of pocket and now Milad will not answer the phone or return my calls. I do not suggest anyone buy a vehicle from Boston Foreign Motor as they will not honor their written commitments to ensuring that the vehicles arrive as advertised. More
