Just a terrible experience. Spoke with Wesley Tuesday afternoon inquiring about a car, told him where I needed to be, he said he'd get back to me that night. Nothing that night and nothing the next d afternoon inquiring about a car, told him where I needed to be, he said he'd get back to me that night. Nothing that night and nothing the next day so I contact them around 1030.... Nothing. Try again around noon, nothing. I finally get a response a few hours later apologising for the delay, and was told the salesperson I was working with was also working with someone else on the same car and he had sold it already. First off the fact that they thought that response was acceptable in any way was laughable. Secondly, how could they not contact me before it's sold or even mention someone else was interested in it when I first inquired about the car?? Are you kidding me? I was honestly dumfounded. I spoke with a finance manager who apologised and said he'd have the general manager contact me shortly. Never happened. Stay away, they have no idea what customer service is or how to conduct business. I would be so embarrassed if I conducted business this way and would be out of a job. Update: Still no contact from anyone 3 days later, and the car I was interested in is still listed as available on their website. Chatted with someone on the site for a minute and she confirmed the car is still available. So let's add incompetence to the list. Still not sure what happened, just know they're customer service is amongst the worst I have ever dealt with, and they apparently have no idea what they're doing over there More
