Another Good Experience at Lake Shore Toyota I came into Lake Shore Toyota June 7th because the lease on my 2016 Corolla was up the next month. I test drove a 2020 Corolla that I loved but the pa I came into Lake Shore Toyota June 7th because the lease on my 2016 Corolla was up the next month. I test drove a 2020 Corolla that I loved but the payments were considerably higher than I had been paying. I decided to extend my lease, waiting to see if they had better promotion in future months. In the mean time, the man I have dealt with at this dealership for 6 years went to a position somewhere else and that made me hesitant about dealing with a different sales consultant. Two weeks ago, my daughter told me that Toyota was advertising great sales. I went online and saw that the car I test drove in June was still available! I called the internet sales number and spoke with Juels, who was friendly and very helpful. That made me less hesitant about the whole process and I told her that I would come to Lake Shore in the next week to discuss leasing the car. When I arrived on Saturday August 31st, Juels was just leaving but she referred me to another sales consultant, Mike Pietrzak. Mike is personable, knowledgeable, and very patient and this immediately put me at ease about having a new consultant and leasing a new vehicle. Mike introduced me to the finance manager, Socrates Gray. That's when I normally get very nervous, but "Soc" is a nice, courteous, professional man who gives you the prices without being intimidating. In conclusion, leasing my third vehicle at Lake Shore Toyota turned out to be a very good experience and I am grateful to all those employees who were involved. More
